What You Will Do:

  • Primarily accountable to manage Fixed Assets Accounts including Fixed Assets recognition, running monthly depreciation, reconciliation process and preparing Fixed Assets Report.

  • Review and analyze fluctuation of monthly depreciation.

  • Monitoring Long Outstanding Construction in Process (CIP).

  • Responsible in calculating capitalization expense.

  • Reviewing dismantle Fixed Assets process.

  • Ensures timely accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end Fixed Assets reports.

  • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

  • Responds to inquiries or Ad Hoc request from the Accounting Manager.

  • Work with the Cost Control Department as part monthly closing process.

  • Monitor and supervise the team to ensure the financial reports deadlines are meet. 


What You Will Need:

  • At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in Accounting / Finance Department/ in middle or big Company

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/ Management/Finance background

  • Fluent in English both written & verbal.

  • Has experience in using Assets Module in SAP System

  • Has good understanding in Fixed Assets or cost area.

  • Excellent skills in Ms. Office 

  • Able to process numerous data

  • Able to work on tight schedule

  • Good analytical, result-oriented and good attention to details

  • Good knowledge on IFRS/PSAK 

  • Good Leadership, good communication and proactive

  • Honest and able to work multi-tasking 

  • Smart, Hardworking, creative thinker and self motivated

  • Have basic knowledge of HSE
