What Will You Do:

• Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Ground Lease Agreement and its ancillary documents
• Review and sign off on the final form of the Ground Lease Agreement before execution..
• Conducting a complete review of land ownership documents and providing feedback to Management in cases of deviation.
• Signing the Contract Execution Form before the PPT Legal Manager signs the Form.
• Complete Review and sign off on all lease summaries or other forms used to populate Legal information in the Contract Database Management System.
• Review and sign off on the Collocation pre-check/Renewal pre-check/ BTS or BTF pre-check form used before Project related work.
• Preparing legal memorandums for Management concerning certain property-related legal issues.
• Conduct regular training and discussions with their respective administrators.
• Drafting Warning Letter/Notification Letter/Letter that related to the Project
• Assisting/advising the SITAC Team on operational issues.

What Will You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited University
• Minimum 5 years related job experience in contract drafting, contract negotiations, and Land Law practices, preferably within the telecommunications industry
• Familiar with "Hukum Perdata" dan "Hukum Tanah"
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in a team environment
• Must be fluent in English both Oral and Written
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of basic HSE
