What You Will Do:

  • Collecting required invoice supporting documents to be attached in commercial invoice.
  • Follow up process approval for each individual required supporting documents.
  • Responding to any inquiries required by customers to proceed the approval process Perform any required action such as reconciliation, justification, detail explanation & presentation to customer.
  • Planning appropriate schedule to prepare, propose, reconcile, approval process request of each individual supporting document.
  • Coordination with other internal directorate, division & department regarding the assistance required for the invoices supporting document collection process.
  • Preparing billing projection and completing any required follow up action regarding the.
  • Updating billing progress on internal database

What You Will Need:

  • Min. 0-2 years at the same field.
  • Telecommunication industry experience preferred.
  • Customer relation experience preferred.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Familiar with Power BI, or any other analytical software.
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
  • Strong in Reporting Management Skill.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and spoken
