What You Will Do:

• Assist in implementing the annual working plan and monitor monthly/quarterly progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including regional offices) to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any emerging issues.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate business opportunities or client issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare periodic reports on activities, achievements, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to the Head of Business Partner & Relationship.
• Act as the primary liaison for assigned client groups, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes and client engagements.

What You Will Need:

• 5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or enterprise sales.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English both written & verbal.
• Strong Product Knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Customer Oriented.
• Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
