What You Will Do:

  • Perform approaching new leads, and prospecting intensely in order to ensure the Company target are achieve
  • Build and maintain a professional relationship by maintaining communication intensively with clients to gather any issues that occur in order to ensure the process running smoothly.
  • Identify and follow up any opportunities and/or issues that occur to the respective stakeholders and follow up the action that needed to the clients.
  • Perform strategic plan by area / customer in order to ensure the achievement result align with Company’s target.
  • Implement SOPs and policies related to business partner and relationship management for effective and consistent account management.
  • Build partnership with all respective stakeholders (incld. Regional office) to gather customer needs and identify any opportunity that can be taken related with the new sales.
  • Perform collaboration & coordination with respective stakeholders in order to ensure all process running smoothly.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal leadership and partners on the status of partnerships, initiatives, and performance metrics.


What You Will Need:

  • Min. 5-7 years experiences in the same field.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill. 
  • Fluent in English both written & verbal.
  • Strong Product Knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
  • Problem Solving Decision Making
