WhatYou Will Do:

  • Coordinate and respond to office-related enquiries, including requests for stationery, helpers, pantry supplies, and other operational need.
  • Manage routine e-toll top-ups and monitor usage for company vehicles to ensure operational continuity.
  • Maintain and update office supply and vehicle database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support operational transparency and planning.
  • Generate and submit periodic usage reports for drivers, vehicles, office building facilities, and maintenance activities, providing complete data sets for further analysis by relevant teams.
  • Prepare documents for office support payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with company procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of office building facilities and support fleet management activities.
  • Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.

WhatYou Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Have 1-5 years of experience in office management, general affairs, fleet management or related field.
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate level is preferred (able and understand formulas, pivot and data model processing)
  • Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skills. 
  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
  • Familiar with using Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel.
  • Responsive and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Have a good task management skill.
