What You Will Do:
- To monitor and control monthly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance softcopy documents.
- Responsible to deliver to CAD for all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance softcopy documents.
- To monitor and control monthly CAR softcopy document for all area.
- Receive and compile all replacement of equipment warranty.
- To check and validate all BAST documents and input to Helpdesk system.
- To provide permit letter, validate and process in the system for activity request on the field.
- To register additional work (change of work), including technical issue from engineering, and/or additional work caused by community/land lord issue, and also loss/vandalism/damage issue.
- Be consistently works towards the Company’s Quality Management Standards and Policies as well as standard Health, Safety and Environment.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Computer science or equivalent
- Having minimum 0-3 years experience in document control administration, mainly Operations and Maintenance and Telecom networks
- Basic knowledge background in Tower Construction, Mechanical and Electrical and telco industry or other related industry
- Have knowledge of basic HSE
