What You Will Do
- Prepare Telemarketing activities plan based on strategy and target from Management, monitor all Telemarketing activities (daily and project based) to ensure all process align with the plan.
- Prepare and develop new project team for new business iForte and ensure their performance in order to achieve the target.
- Monitoring the execution of sales campaigns by telephone, online meeting, or email (outbound leads activity) and receiving incoming calls into hotline numbers (inbound leads activity) to promote iForte product and services.
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and purchase lists
- Contact customers regularly to follows up on initial interactions
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing team to ensure maximize the data outputs
- Monitor, control and review all vendor Telemarketing performance to ensure the productivity.
- Preparing telemarketing update report accurately and provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
- Provide direction, monitor and review team performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally.
- Perform deliver training regularly into telemarketingteams regarding product and technical knowledge in order to ensure thestandardization of working process and information.
- Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
What You Will Need:
- Have minimum 5-9 years of experience in Telemarketing or relative role and 1 year of experience in selling/acquisition for ISP business, especially broadband product
- Min. Bachelor degree leve in any major.
- Good communication skill and fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills of presentations (Both explanations and Presentations Appearances).
- Selling skill by phone.
- Analytical skills, problem solving.
- Active and self driven person.
