What You Will Do:
- Prepare and compile vendor performance reports based on speed, quality, and compliance with documentation and Standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Manage the process of requesting, shipping, and receiving spare parts for operational needs, repairs, or equipment replacement in the field, in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure stock opname, demand forecasting, spare part logistics, and availability of critical spare parts are well-managed and meet VSAT operational SLAs.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile spare part data between field and warehouse.
- Record spare part data including serial number, type, location, and condition (new, used, damaged).
- Coordinate with Remote Operation Regional Engineers, vendors, and third parties regarding repairs, replacements, and spare part inventory.
- Prepare monthly and annual spare part usage reports, including trend analysis and demand estimation.
- Develop and update SOPs for spare part management to support operational efficiency.
What You Will Need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in networking within the telecommunications or Internet Service Provider industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of satellite systems, data communication, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to support daily activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
