What You Will Do:

  • Develop strategic sales plans by analyzing market strengths, competition, and opportunities.
  • Create and monitor annual budget plans to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Break down team sales targets based on capabilities and market conditions.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Source and approach new clients, understand their needs, and drive prospecting efforts.
  • Evaluate potential projects and clients to determine long-term collaboration.
  • Review and adjust product/service specifications based on customer feedback and contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure needs are consistently met.
  • Provide end-to-end service, including issue resolution, to uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular training to sales teams on product and technical knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic evaluations.
  • Prepare accurate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support superior’s duties when required to ensure business continuity.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 5–7 years in sales or related field; 1–3 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Product knowledge and customer-oriented mindset
  • Persuasive negotiation and leadership abilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
