What You Will Do

• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
• Monitoring the legal filing, documentation and administration matter such as updating contract database, licenses database, filling systems, deed of the company’s database, etc to ensure all documents are well maintained.
• Provide commercial legal support to all projects and job functions.
• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
• Analyse and review legal agreements, legislation and documents
• Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
• Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.

What You Will Need:

• At least 2-5 years experiences in related area.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law.
• Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill. 
• Fluent in English both written & verbal.
• Good in computer literacy.
• Having positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independently.
• Having knowledge in legal drafting, corporate legal.
• Knowing about Solar Panels will be an advantage.
