What You Will Do:

• Dealing contracts with building management
• Maintain existing live building to accommodate sales revenues
• Permit to building properties and area
• Negotiation and make a good relationship with existing and new building
• Follow up new prospect for agreements with building management based on sales request
• Search for new area and building via canvassing and internet research
• Accommodate good internal and external communication (engineer, tenant relation, building managers, etc.)
• Make a business review before make a deal with properties
• Make a sales plan for existing building (Open Booth, flyer, canvassing and submit list tenant to sales)
• Share data prospect customer from building to sales
• Controlling budget for building fee
• Handle budget and negotiating budget with building management and holding properties
• Handle existing contracts and update data to internal management in order to maintain good relationship building managements

What You Will Need:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Minimum 1 year in Property Relation position, preferably in telecommunication industry
• Have a good Communication, Relationship-building, Teamwork, and Negotiation Skill.
