What You Will Do:
- Preparing contract including contract condition in RE module.
- Perform GL posting for invoice transaction.
- Preparing invoice hardcopy including required supporting document to be sent to customer.
- Managing and monitoring invoice transmission to customer by courier or office assistant.
- Perform reconciliation of invoice tax base and VAT-out.
- Preparing Credit Note to customer.
- Perform restitution for unavailability performance to be settled in following month invoices.
What You Will Need:
- At least 2-3 year of experiences as billing or account receivable in telecommunication/ICT, multi finance,insurance, Banking or retail industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Finance & Accounting/Business Administration preferred.
- Possess strong analytical and reporting skills
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash business process.
- Experience in using ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic AX, SAP or Oracle).
- Able to use MS Office to support day to day activities (Mastering excel intermediate formula & pivot table).
- Customer oriented person.
- Good leadership and managerial skill.
- Having high sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Possess strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
- Demonstrate good inter-personnel skills with customers and others at all levels.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English both verbal and written
