What You Will Do:

• Conduct contract review, ensure that the cooperation clause in the contract is in accordance with the agreement of each building, area, or private area.
• Responsible to negotiate, coordinate with internal and external stakeholder, make agreements, handling contract and agreements with building and private area management.
• Responsible to follow up new prospects for agreements with building management based on sales requests
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding changes in regional and central regulations to gather and provide information related to the latest regulations.
• Manage and update database related to Property Relations Dept.
• Create summary and monthly update report for project.
• Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.

What You Will Need:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Bachelor degree in Management, Business, or any related field 
• Have good communication, reporting and presentation skills. 
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
• Have good negotiation skills
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Especially Ms. Excel)
• Have a good Reporting Management skills
