- Faster response to technical issues : CME, Power, Stolen, Etc
- Guarantee customers do not make hard complaint about Operational Issues on Protelindo Group Services
- Collaborate and support all Managers and teams, help to communicate with customers to find solutions on certain cases
- Manage and establish customer expectation, consistently building relationships with customer
- Enhance service reliability for telecom operation clients (Telkomsel, IOH, XLSmart) Nation wide
- Control Reconciliation Process of Clients & Recurring Support
- Endorse & Promote OM-MS New Product
- Collaborate All, Stakeholder to ensure, smooth operations
What You Will Need:
- Experience or professional background in a Telco company
- Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Fast response and strong problem-solving capability for technical issues
- Ability to manage and maintain customer expectations professionally
