What You Will Do:
- Responsible in controlling collection activities to ensure the payment projection is achieved.
- Provide and recommend problem solving action related to collection process.
- Communicate and negotiate with Clients in order to collect payments.
- Maintain good relationship with Clients.
- Analyze weekly and monthly report on AR Aging reports.
- Coordinate with related departments to finalize collection planning.
What You Will Need:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Accounts Receivable area
- Familiar with Filling/Documentation process
- Must have Ms. Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Willing to travel
- Flexible working hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required
- Flexible on considering different realities
- Hard working, able to work as a team both external and internal across all function
- Experienced handling a team
- Good communication skill & self confidence
- Proactive and take initiative
- Fluent in English / active communication
- Have a knowledge about HSE
