What You Will Do:
- Perform approaching new clients by perform sourcing potential clients, understanding client needs, and prospecting intensely in order to ensure the Company target are achieved.
- Build a professional relationship by maintain communication with clients regularly in order to ensure that all client needs are fulfilled.
- Provide the best service from end to end including resolve any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform negotiation with respective parties in order to increase sales and profit.
- Maintain database clients both new and/or existing neatly by grouping based on priority level and business orientation to making easier to be follow up in the future.
- Perform learning actively regarding product specification and requirement in order to ensure the understanding of product knowledge is correct.
- Collaborate and coordination with respective stakeholder to monitor and ensure all financial process such billing, project hold, unbilled & collection running smoothly and timely.
- Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
- Perform competitor analysis by identify their market, strength, weakness, method, customer and any others information that can be used for evaluation material in order to maintain competitiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance report accurately and provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
- Assist the Superior duties when needed to ensure the business running well.
What You Will Need:
- Min. 1-3 years at the same field.
- Min. Diploma degree in any major
- Strong computer, Internet and Excel skills
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product Knowledge.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
- Reporting Management.
- Fluent in English both oral and spoken
