What You Will Do:
- Assist the Head of Marketing Communication in developing communication plans and campaign calendars aligned with overall business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for campaigns, events, and internal/external communication activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content tailored for the B2B audience.
- Monitor the implementation of marketing communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR initiatives, events, and branding efforts.
- Generate regular progress and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and message effectiveness across various platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments (brand, visual, product), and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Marcom programs.
- Ensure all communication materials comply with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Track trends in B2B communication and competitive activities to assist in strategy refinement.
- Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
What You Will Need:
- Have 2-6 years of experience in Marketing Communication or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Have a good understanding of marketing communication principles and B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
