Pre‑Sales Support 

• Join customer meetings with the Sales team to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. 
• Prepare solution designs, architecture diagrams, and sizing estimates, including basic TCO considerations. 
• Create and deliver demos and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs); provide technical responses for RFPs and security 
• questionnaires. 
• Conduct presentations and workshops for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 

Solution Delivery 

• Develop and deploy AI applications such as document intelligence/RAG, computer vision, or chatbot/agent workflows. 
• Package services using containers and APIs; follow basic MLOps and documentation practices. 
• Integrate data connectors and vector databases; perform baseline evaluation and benchmarking. 
• Work with internal teams to transition POCs to pilot/production and provide handover materials. 

Collaboration & Governance 

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations; communicate progress clearly and on time. 
• Uphold data privacy and security standards, including handling of PII/PHI where applicable. 
• Contribute reusable templates, checklists, and reference architectures to improve team efficiency.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience. 
• 2–5 years’ practical experience in software/ML engineering with strong Python skills. 
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and RAG (retrieval, embeddings, vector DBs) and/or computer vision pipelines. 
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git, and deploying services behind REST APIs. 
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; professional presentation and documentation skills. 
• Customer‑oriented mindset, willingness to visit customer sites and support field activities. 
• Experience with agentic workflows (e.g., Langflow, n8n) or multimodal/VLM solutions. 
• Exposure to on‑prem/GPU environments and basic performance/latency tuning. 
• Knowledge of evaluation/observability for AI systems and prompt/response quality measurement. 
• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and secure deployment practices. 
• Professional, respectful communication and teamwork. 
• Sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. 
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a growing organization. 
• Customer focus and commitment to service quality.
