• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with the sales team to follow up.
• Gather market insights to explore new business opportunities and drive expansion.
• Deliver end-to-end service, including issue resolution and after-sales support, to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Prepare periodic reports with progress updates, issue tracking, and recommendations to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What You Will Need:

• Min. 4-6 years at the same field.
• Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Product Knowledge.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Customer Oriented.
• Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
• Reporting Management.
• Fluent in English both oral and spoken
