What You Will Do:

• Perform analysis regarding sales performance (target vs actual, pipeline, conversion rate) and provide recommendation for improvement action.
• Maintain and update sales dashboard, customer, and pipeline data in Sales/CRM database.
• Prepare periodically sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitor the update sales achievement progress, status order, invoice and delivery process.
• Perform coordination and collaboration with respective stakeholders to prepare all information, data, documents, etc are provided in order to ensure the process running smoothly.
• Provide sales and others administrative support (quotations, proposals, contracts, tender documents, business trip settlement, PR PO, etc) to ensure no pending settlement.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Advanced Ms. Office.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong coordination & teamwork skill.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong reporting skill, task management skill, & basic analytical thinking.
