•            The Standard: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with minimum 2 years of professional experience.

•            The Profile: You bring a strong desire to achieve business goals, combined with a "student mindset." You have the confidence to manage commercial targets, but the humility to listen and learn from site engineers, peers, and local clients.

•            The Standard: Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

•            The Profile: You understand that sustainable sales come from logical planning. You are comfortable working with numbers, calculating infrastructure ROI, and using data to guide your daily sales operations and strategy.

•            The Standard: High emotional intelligence, good in English and fluent in Indonesia.

•            The Profile: You can bridge the gap between different teams and cultures. You are just as comfortable presenting a commercial proposal to executives in Jakarta as you are discussing project timelines with local stakeholders in the field.
