What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with the Operations Team, particularly with Procurement regarding requests for proposals from third parties, and with Finance regarding project and operational activities.
  • Manage project and operational administration.
  • Perform administrative tasks in SAP, PSS, and Salesforce for Projects and Operations, including monitoring, controlling, and preparing quarterly budget and operational reports.
  • Responsible for the Satellite Capacity service billing process, preparing billing documents and Bank Guarantee documents as needed.
  • Handling lease renewals for land and managed services/vendors.
  • Manage cash advances, settlements, and petty cash; prepare reports on cash advances, settlements, and petty cash; and monitor the submission and resolution of related processes.
  • Handle correspondence and document filing in an orderly manner.
  • Perform collaboration and coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure all processes runs smoothly.


What You Will Need:

  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in networking in the telecommunications industry or an Internet Service Provider.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill. 
  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in using the SAP system.
  • Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal relationships with ministries/government agencies.
  • Able to foster good interpersonal relationships with customers.
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management, customers, and vendors.
