What You Will Do:

• Plan and control project schedule, team forming, out site planning works, civil works.
• Material and logistics forwarding, including delivery of equipment to site.
• General control over civil activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other.
• Daily and Weekly update progress to client.
• Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract.
• Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project (RFI) for respective area.
• Establish project governance and its deliverables.
• Proactively interface and build relationships with the sub-contractors and client.
• To ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed.
• Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management.
• Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements.
• Check technical accuracy of works.
• Manage sub-contractors, end to end process including financial activities.
• Monthly and quarterly report for head area.
• Closing document with client, coordinating with Project Manager BAPS.
• Perform collaboration and coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure all processes runs smoothly.

What You Will Need:

• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in networking in the telecommunications industry or an Internet Service Provider.
• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineering, telecommunication engineering or electronics engineering.
• Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of satellites, data communication, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Able to foster good interpersonal relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal relationships with ministries/government agencies.
• Possess technical problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and good communication skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office to support daily activities.
