What You Will Do:
Process Discovery & Documentation
- Map and document current‑state (As‑Is) processes across assigned Towers/LOBs and non‑core functions
- Facilitate process walkthroughs and workshops with process owners and SMEs
- Develop standardized documentation (process maps, SOPs, RACI, inputs/outputs, controls)
- Maintain a single, reliable repository for enterprise process documentation
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and regular updates
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, risks, and root causes using Lean methods
- Assess process performance across cycle time, cost, quality, and compliance dimensions
- Design future‑state (To‑Be) processes to improve efficiency, control, and user experience
- Partner with Digital and Automation teams to identify system and automation opportunities
Process Governance & Standardization
- Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, standards, and ownership models
- Drive adoption of standardized processes across Towers and support functions
- Ensure alignment of processes with policies, risk requirements, and regulations
- Support process change control, impact assessment, and approvals
- Monitor adherence to defined process standards and governance models
Continuous Improvement & Performance Management
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives and problem‑solving workshops (e.g., Kaizen)
- Define and track process KPIs with process owners
- Monitor improvement progress, benefits realization, and sustainability
- Identify recurring issues and drive corrective or preventive actions
- Promote a continuous improvement culture across teams
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with Tower leaders, functional heads, and process owners
- Enable cross‑functional collaboration to resolve end‑to‑end process issues
- Communicate process insights, recommendations, and progress clearly
- Support leadership decision‑making through data‑driven process analysis
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Have 8–11 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Have Experience working with both core business processes and enterprise support functions is an advantageous
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
- Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, or Process Improvement is an advantage
- Industry/function relevant to our Tower/LOB (e.g., telecom operations, financial services back-office).
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills to extract knowledge from SMEs and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure processes are designed for effective system enablement.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills.
