What You Will Do:

  • Map and document current state (“As Is”) processes for designated Towers / LOBs and non core enterprise functions (e.g., HR onboarding, procurement, finance operations).
  • Conduct process walkthroughs and workshops with process owners and subject matter experts.
  • Develop standardized process documentation including process maps, SOPs, RACI, inputs/outputs, and control points.
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for enterprise process documentation.
  • Ensure process documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Conduct bottleneck analysis, waste identification, and root cause analysis using Lean and process improvement techniques.
  • Evaluate process performance using data, cycle time, cost, quality, and risk perspectives.
  • Design future state (“To Be”) processes that improve efficiency, control, compliance, and customer/user experience.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Automation teams to identify opportunities for system enablement or automation.
  • Establish and maintain process governance frameworks including roles, ownership, standards, and change controls.
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes across Towers / LOBs and non core functions.
  • Ensure alignment between processes, policies, risk requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support process change management, impact assessment, and approval mechanisms.
  • Monitor compliance with defined process standards and governance requirements
  • Facilitate process improvement and problem solving workshops (e.g., Kaizen, improvement sprints).
  • Define and monitor process performance metrics (KPIs) in collaboration with process owners.
  • Track improvement progress, benefits realization, and sustainability of implemented changes.
  • Identify recurring process issues and initiate corrective or preventive actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement mindset across Towers and functions.
  • Build strong working relationships with Tower leaders, functional heads, and process owners.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration to resolve end to end process issues.
  • Communicate process insights, recommendations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support management decision making with process driven insights and analysis.


What You Will Need:

  • Have 8–11 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence. 
  • Have Experience working with both core business processes and enterprise support functions is an advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
  • Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
  • Fluent in English both written & verbal.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, or Process Improvement is an advantage
  • Industry/function relevant to our Tower/LOB (e.g., telecom operations, financial services back-office).
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills to extract knowledge from SMEs and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure processes are designed for effective system enablement.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills.
