What Will You Do:
- Collecting required invoice supporting documents to be attached to commercial invoice.
- Follow-up process approval for each individual required supporting documents.
- Responding to any inquiries required by customers to proceed with the approval process.
- Perform any required action such as reconciliation, justification, detailed explanation & presentation to the customer.
- Planning appropriate schedules to prepare, propose, reconcile, and approval process requests of each individual supporting document.
- Coordination with other internal directorates, divisions & departments regarding the assistance required for the invoices supporting the document collection process.
- Preparing billing projection and completing any required follow up action to realize projected invoice submission
- Updating internal Connectivity CRM database progress status.
- Promote upselling opportunities during performing tasks and coordination with customers.
- Business partner for inter-directorate, inter-division & inter-dept coordination to advice, assist or execute troubleshooting or execute improvement program.
- Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
What Will You Need:
- Have 1-3 years at the same field.
- Have ICT and/or Telecommunication industry or Customer Acceptance and/or Customer Relation experience preferred.
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Familiar with Power BI, Looker studio or any other analytical software.
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
- Familiar with Sales Force or any other customer relationship management software.
- Strong in Customer Management Skill.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English both oral and spoken.
