What You Will Do:

• Manage and maintain FTTH master databases for installation, maintenance, dismantling, and homepass work orders.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Sales, Cost Control) and external partners/vendors for database reconciliation.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports for management and project stakeholders.
• Support Field Ops and FTTH Support Teams with database updates, FAT Loss tracking, and reconciliation activities.
• Organize meetings, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication with subcontractors and project partners.

What You Will Need:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferred in IT, Engineering, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in database management or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with database tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
