What You Will Do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate, contracts and other documents in relation to any transaction concerning site/land acquisition (purchase or lease) or other Build to suit (BTS) Projects;
• Provide legal support and advisory services to the relevant business units regarding site/land acquisition (purchase or lease) to protect the company’s interest in day to day business activities;
• Work with and consult the relevant departments to ensure that contractual agreements and/or any legal documents appropriately address the concerns of the user and minimize any regulatory issues and other business risks;
• Conduct legal research and analysis on other legal issues affecting the Telecommunications, Tower or Fiber Optics Technology Industry;
• Conduct due diligence in site/land acquisition projects of the Protelindo group;
• Educate stakeholders and subordinates about the risks in site/land acquisition activities;
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the VP for Legal and/or General Counsel / Chief of Legal from time to time.
• Ensure that the reports to be submitted to the users, VP Legal and/or General Counsel / Chief of Legal are complete, accurate and timely
• Ensure that the team policies are observed and any issues are escalated properly;

What You Will Need:

• At least three (3) years of legal practice gained from a reputable commercial law firm or the legal department of an MNC or large local company in Indonesia;
• At least one (1) years of experience in the Telecommunication or Fiber Optics Technology industry or property industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university;
• Commercial pragmatism, ability to apply legal knowledge and expertise into business environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; and
• Qualified to practice law in Indonesia.
