What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with client with the goal to ensure consistent delivery of high quality services and/or solutions which meet client business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the overall quality and effectiveness of technical planning/solution
• Communicating and documenting the solutions to be implemented to clients and potential clients.
• Provide the best service from end to end including resolve any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other business units to identify and find new opportunities in improving company performance and ability to serve clients
• Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance report accurately and provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.

What You Will Need:

• Min. 1 – 3 Years in the same field, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Min. Bachelor Degree with Telecommunication Engineering major
• Strong analytical thinking & detail oriented person
• Have an initiative attitude and ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated person and flexible to manage multiple request
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English both oral and spoken
