What You Will Do:

• Handle the process of assessment conduct.
• Handle the process of assessment feedback to employees (assesses/ superiors/ Management).
• Follow up and monitor the promotion/mutation/demotion process.
• Follow up and monitor KPI & Performance Appraisal process in Protelindo Group.
• Follow up and monitor end of contract / end of probation process (both internal employees and MS/PBE).
• Assist in Human Asset Value (HAV) Mapping.
• Assist in analyzing and monitoring IDP and Talent Pool program.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring process.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR field.
• Having 1 or 2 yrs experience in Talent Mgt/ Performance Mgt would be preferable.
• Min. Bachelor's Degree (Psychology major would be preferable).
• Knowledge or experience in Assessment tool/conduct would be preferable.
• Good analytical skill as well as the communication skill.
• Fluent in English is preferable.
