What You Will Do:

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of the Group Sustainability Report, including narrative drafting, data consolidation and validation, and presentation materials, while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and reporting frameworks.
• Support the preparation and coordination of responses to ESG and sustainability-related inquiries from regulators, ESG rating agencies, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct ESG gap analyses and benchmarking based on ESG rating methodologies and reporting frameworks, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations for management.
• Support the identification of ESG performance improvement opportunities through data analysis, benchmarking, and evaluation of ESG best practices.
• Coordinate the monitoring, consolidation, and analysis of ESG-related data across relevant functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing sustainability-related policies, frameworks, targets, and initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic priorities.
• Support the enhancement of the Group's sustainability governance through ESG reporting, stakeholder communication, risk management processes, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and briefing materials related to ESG and sustainability matters.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, sustainability reporting copywriting or related fields.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG assessments, including GRI Standards, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (S1 & S2), and ESG rating methodologies (e.g. S&P, Sustainalytics, MSCI)
• Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
