What Will You Do:

• Manage and monitor unbilled balances and billing performance, including aging analysis, billing projections, and revenue realization.
• Analyze unbilled balances, billing gaps, and variances, particularly aged items, and identify root causes with actionable solutions.
• Prepare billing projections, revenue forecasts, management reports, and KPI analysis to support business decision-making.
• Perform monthly unbilled closing, reconciliation, and revenue recognition activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Reconcile SAP, operational databases, and manual calculations, including GL reconciliation and journal entries related to unbilled revenue.
• Partner with Revenue Assurance, Commercial, Billing, Sales, Project, Leasing, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues and improve revenue realization.
• Monitor pending billing cases and follow up on action plans and operational/commercial constraints affecting billing readiness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements, including proper documentation and audit trails.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant data, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

What Will You Need:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Unbilled Management, Revenue Assurance, Billing Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, tower, leasing, or service industries is preferred.
• Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, both written & verbal.
• Have a good knowledge in SAP FI / ERP Systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Have a good knoeledge in financial Data Analysis and Financial Analysis and Reporting.
