Placement: Jakarta

What You Will Do:

• Maintain HBTS network availability through onsite troubleshooting to achieve customer SLA targets.
• Manage site operations, including inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, and technical support.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance for telecommunication, transmission, and network infrastructure equipment.
• Ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and proper maintenance of onsite assets.
• Prepare operational reports and support site visits related to customer billing and verification.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operational activities.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations, network operations, telecommunications, tower infrastructure, or a related role.
• Good understanding of cellular network technology (2G, 3G, 4G LTE, & 5G), RAN, IP Networking, and transmission systems (Microwave & Fiber Optic).
• Familiar with basic network infrastructure and protocols, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, MPLS, VoIP, and SD-WAN.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Working at Height (WAH/TKBT/TKPK), CCNA, or telecommunications vendor certifications (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE) will be an advantage.
