Placement: Jakarta

What You Will Do:

• Provide project financial figure report for all business unit including internal project.
• Monitoring and controlling progress project dismantle (start form churn/customer termination, deactivated site/network, dismantle, material in warehouse until fixed asset write off) by doing periodic review with other division (Sales/Project, Operation, Logistic and Accounting).
• Provide churn (customer termination) and dismantle report & follow up all issue related project dismantle.
• Conduct project closing in SAP HANA.
• Project governance model.
• Project performance quality management.
• Project measurement/KPI.
• Knowledge Sharing.
• Operational improvement initiative.
• Monitoring and controlling progress PR/PO Fiberization FLP & MMP including status open PO.
• Support Special Project (e.g., migration Axapta to SAP HANA, new CRM Sales Force and new CRM Fiberization).
• Support monthly accrual process in SAP.

What You Will Need:

• Have skills and working experience in project management (project services delivery, sales support, or program planning) especially in Telco industry.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical or business management.
• Project Management (Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing Phase).
• Strong understanding of Business Processes, Negotiation, and relevant technical skills.
• Strong Prioritization, Goal Setting, Delegation, and Project Reporting skills.
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Adaptability, Conflict Management, and Influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and having good multitasking skill.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Customer Relation Manager (CRM) tools, Project Management Information System (PMIS) tools, Axapta and SAP.
• Have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (point plus).
