The Company intends to distribute cash dividend to the Company’s shareholders for the financial year of 2022. The Cash Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to Article 71 of Law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liabilities Companies (“Company Law”) and Article 18 of the Company’s articles of association, wherein (i) The Company may distribute cash dividend before the end of a financial year; and (ii) cash dividend distribution may be stated in resolutions of the Board of Directors following the approval from the Board of Commissioners and the General Meeting of Shareholders. Based on the calculation that has been carried out and, by taking into account, among others, the financial conditions and future business plan of the Company, the cash dividend that will be distributed will be in the full amount of IDR912,391,503,075.60. |
