Berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 22/POJK.02/2018 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 3/POJK.02/2014 Tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Pungutan Oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, bersama ini kami mengkonfirmasi bahwa PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (“Perseroan”) tidak terdapat kelebihan ataupun kekurangan bayar biaya pendaftaran Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Protelindo (“PUB IV”), dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

Referring to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 22/POJK.02/2018 concerning Amendments to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 3/POJK.02/2014 regarding the Procedures for the Collection of Levies by the Financial Services Authority, we hereby confirm that PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (the “Company”) has neither overpaid nor underpaid the registration fee for Shelf Registration Protelindo Sustainable Bonds IV (“PUB IV”), with details as follows:

Selanjutnya merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 36/POJK.04/2014 tentang Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk, Pasal 12 ayat 1 dan 2 perihal penghentian PUB IV, kami mengajukan permohonan untuk dapat menghentikan atau mengakhiri PUB IV menyusul keputusan managemen untuk tidak melakukan penerbitan tahap berikutnya dari PUB IV.

Furthermore, with reference to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 36/POJK.04/2014 concerning Shelf Registration of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk, Article 12 paragraphs (1) and (2) regarding the termination of PUB IV, we hereby submit a request to terminate or conclude PUB IV following management’s decision not to proceed with the issuance of the subsequent phases under PUB IV.

Penghentian atau pengakhiran PUB IV dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan strategi pendanaan Perseroan, termasuk dalam rangka mendapatkan flexibilitas struktur pendanaan yang lebih baik sesuai kebutuhan Perseroan dan rencana diajukannya program Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan yang baru.

The termination or discontinuation of PUB IV was carried out to align with the Company’s funding strategy including achieving better funding structure flexibility in accordance with the Company’s needs and the plan to propose a new Shelf Registration program."
