This Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement is made in connection with the voluntary tender offer by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia for the shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (the “VTO”), as referred to in Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 45/2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54/2015.

The VTO will be conducted at an Offer Price of IDR45,000.- per share.

VTO period shall be from 24 July 2026 to 24 August 2026, commencing at 08:30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and closing at 16:00 WIB on each day throughout the VTO Period. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia may extend the VTO Period by making a disclosure of information to the public in accordance with POJK 54/2015.
