This Disclosure of Information is made in connection with the mandatory tender offer that must be performed after the acquisition of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk by the Company, as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on the Acquisition of Public Companies.

Mandatory tender offer is conducted upon the shares owned by the Entitled Shareholders (as described in the Disclosure of Information) in the maximum amount of 67,965,022 shares with nominal value of Rp100 per share or approximately 5.97% of the total issued and paid up capital of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk with the mandatory tender offer price of Rp15,640.51 per share. The period of mandatory tender offer is 30 days, commencing from 1 day after the announcement of this Disclosure of Information, starting from 09.00 AM on November 26, 2021 and ending on December 27, 2021 at 04.00 PM.
