The Company’s intention to distribute interim dividend to its Shareholders for the financial year 2021 ("Proposed Interim Dividend Distribution").

Description on the Information or Material Facts

The Company intends to distribute interim dividend to the Shareholders for the financial year 2021.

The Interim Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to Article 72 paragraph (1) and (4) of Law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liabilities Companies (“Company Law”) and Article 18 of the Company’s articles of association, wherein (i) The Company may distribute interim dividend before the end of a financial year; and (ii) interim dividend distribution may be stated in resolutions of the Board of Directors following the approval from the Board of Commissioners and the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Based on the calculation that has been carried out and, by taking into account, among others, the financial conditions and future business plan of the Company, the interim dividend that will be distributed will be in the full amount of IDR350.793.638.905,58 (three hundred fifty billion seven hundred ninety-three million six hundred thirty-eight thousand nine hundred and five point five eight Rupiah)
