About Protelindo
Established in 2003, PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo or the Company) is one of the leading independent digital infrastructure companies in Indonesia. As of March 2025, Protelindo owned and operated approximately 35,506 telecommunication tower sites and 58,045 tenants, also ~170,000 km fiber optic network in Indonesia, primarily in Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
Protelindo’s primary business is leasing space on its multitenant tower sites to major wireless operators in Indonesia pursuant to long-term lease agreements. The leased space consists of vertical space on the tower, on which our customers able to install both radio frequency antennas and microwave antennas, as well as ground space at each site for their shelters and cabinets for electronic equipment and power supplies storages.
Protelindo also provides FTTT (fiber to the tower) which increases the value and utility of our network to Telcos. This network build to focus on support surging data traffic. By end of March 2025, the Company has more than ~218,800 kms revenue generating fiber. Other than FTTT, Protelindo has FTTH (fiber to the home) assets reaches ~1,783,700 and 17,649 activations by the end of March 2025.
Our geographically diversified tower and fiber portfolio offers coverage across the entire Indonesia archipelago, and therefore strengthening our position as the preferred digital infrastructure company able to address the needs of national, regional, local, and emerging wireless communication company operators.
Protelindo operates independently from the wireless communication operators and has a diversified customer base. Our key customers include the major telecommunications operators in Indonesia such as: PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART), and PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat).

Throughout 2024, Protelindo delivered strong performance despite global economic headwinds and rising competition in the telecommunications industry. The Company sustained its growth by expanding infrastructure, optimizing operational efficiency, and diversifying its services. This progress was reflected in the expansion of the fiber optic network by 18,607 km, bringing the total managed network length to 119,817 km and contributing to a significant increase in revenue from fiber-based services. In addition, the acquisition of a 90.11% stake in PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) through its subsidiary, PT iForte Solusi Infotek, completed on July 1, 2024, further strengthened the Company’s position in digital infrastructure and expanded its market presence in high-growth regions.
